Privacy and your analytics choice.

Updated November 5, 2026. The interactive desk stores watchlists, checkpoints, sound settings, and theme preferences in your browser. They are not synchronized between devices. Reading results requires no visitor account.

On nc.zkqxcw.com, Google Analytics 4 loads only after you select “Allow analytics.” Until then, the site does not load Google’s analytics script or send Google Analytics events. Analytics measures page visits, dashboard tabs, race and county selections, CSV/JSON downloads, copied briefing notes, and print actions. Google can receive page paths, event details, browser and device information, approximate location derived from network information, and cookie identifiers used to distinguish visits. Google processes network addresses as part of collection. These are usage measurements, not voter records or evidence of political affiliation.

We do not send free-text searches, personal watchlist contents, checkpoint data, names, email addresses, or visitor account IDs. Query strings and URL fragments are removed from analytics page addresses except the named dashboard tab. Advertising signals and ad personalization are disabled. Optional account data sharing is disabled. Cloudflare hosts the site and may process request information to deliver and protect it. Hosting also includes Cloudflare’s separate cookieless site-performance measurements; the analytics choice here controls Google Analytics.

Your analytics choice is stored on this browser for 180 days. You can decline or withdraw permission through Analytics settings in the footer. Withdrawing clears this site’s Google Analytics cookies and stops future collection after reloading; it does not erase previously collected data from Google. Browser Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals prevent collection. Local, Tailnet, and deployment-preview addresses do not collect Analytics data. Analytics reports cover consenting visitors and can be incomplete because of privacy choices or blockers.
